Rockies 3


On the final day of the Rockies tour.

We left the hotel for Vancouver at 8:45am.
Also we travelled constantly about 9 hours.

We saw a lot of nature on the Rockies tour.
There're really nice views,clear water,so many forests and the sound of wind in the trees,then I felt comfortable.

I took a lot of pictures, so I'll share pictures with my class mates and my friends.
We have precious and pleasant memories.

Anyway,I'm a little tired, so I'll swim in the pool,take a bath and take a rest early.

Tommorow,I must remember to wake up on time!!!
Don't over sleep,don't over sleep.......zzzzz......

Rockies 2


Rockies tour on the second day.
I left Valemaunt for Banff then we stopped at tourist attractions on the way to Banff.

I think the colunbia icefield is the best of all the attractions,because it's overwhelming and really nice view.



but I heard most glaciers in North America are still in retreat, as the summer melt is greater than the winter accumulation.
Then, global warming is increasing rates of the icefield's loss of valume.

I'm concerned about environmental problems, so I've joined a volunteer group in Japan called GoodDay.
I thought about conserving one's nature when I saw a icefield.

Rockies 1


Today,I left vancouver for the Rockies with my classmate.
We met at canada place at 7:15 and then got on a bus.I'm excited at the prospect of seeing Rockeis.

We travelled constantly for about 12hours, but it's not tiring for me,because we stopped at some towns and tourist attractions on the way to the Rockeies.


Forexample,we saw a waterfall after lunch.There're nice and dynamic views,so we took a lot of pictures.

Anyway, we're staying at a lodge in Valemount now.
I have the incentive to write a diary when I see myfiend's diary.

Well,I'll prepare for tommorow, so I'll take a rest.

nikujyaga


Hi, long time no see.
I'm writing about nikujyaga when I took a speech in my school.
Do you know that,of course?

I have a love of Japanese food.Today,I'll choose Nikujyaga.
It's a very popular food in Japan,usually Japanese associate the name of nikujyaga with 'ohukuro no aji'.
It means if I eat a nikujyaga then I remember a visual image of my mother.

It's familiar with Japanese.That's the cradle of the Japanese navy and high nutritional value and a well-balanced food.

How do you make a nikujyaga?
I'll introduce how to make a nikujyaga,generally its ingredients are beef or pork,potato,onion,thread konjak,carrot and so on.
First,cut a meat and vegetable with knife,and then fry up those until adjust to oil.
Next,boil it until tender after that seasoned with saysouce,sugar and mirin.

How was nikujyaga born in Japan?
Nikujyaga's origin was just an accident.
Firsttime,some Japanese chefs would like to make a beef stew, but they didn't know how to make a beef stew and they did't have a wine and a demi-glace, so they made with saysouce,sugar and mirin.
Therefore it ingredeients is similar to curry ingredients.

How is nikujyaga story?
